The mod gives Altmer different starting stats, including lower Health and Stamina, much higher Magicka, and it also alters the regeneration rate for each of the three resources. The Imperious - Races of Skyrim mod, like the Amazing Race Tweaks mod, fundamentally changes what it means to be a High Elf in this game. Compared to the racial benefits of High Elves in Morrowind or Oblivion, for example, Skyrim Altmer are left severely wanting.

While Skyrim offers first-time RPG players an excellent fantasy experience, over time many players realized that the game has little depth when it comes to racial immersion.
